Current cash rate
Cash account information
This is the transaction centre of your account. Here all contributions, income and other receipts are deposited and all purchases of investments, withdrawals, fees, taxes and other costs are withdrawn.
When you invest through Netwealth's investment or superannuation accounts, cash funds are pooled with cash from other investors in that product and placed on deposit with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ABN 11 005 357 522 (ANZ). As all these funds are invested in the same cash pool, cash funds held within each service receive the same rate of interest based on the daily balance of the client’s Cash Account.

* The funds in your cash account earn monthly interest at a rate set by us. The rate is set at no less than 0.50% p.a. less than the target cash rate set by the Reserve Bank of Australia during the month (which is often referred to as the ‘official cash rate’).
